How we scope and price the work

We survey the site, review your incident history and any available camera footage, and identify where losses and risks actually occur and when. From that we recommend a cover pattern — full-time static cover, targeted peak-hour cover, or mobile patrol and lock-up — rather than selling the maximum number of hours.

Where cover can be reduced by improving camera placement, lighting or procedure, we say so. Where guarding is not the right answer at all, we say that too. Our aim is a contract that survives the first annual review, which means the numbers have to work for the client.
