A defined security function—not a uniform at a desk

Every assignment begins with the environment: what must be protected, who uses the site, where pressure points sit, and how an incident should be recognised, communicated and escalated. Those findings inform written post instructions and practical routines for access, patrol, visitor management, keys, deliveries and handover.

Officers are expected to remain attentive to the assignment. Personal smartphone use is not accepted while on operational duty. Professional communications and approved operational equipment are used as the assignment requires.

Security affects every person who enters a workplace, shop, residential building or public environment. Officers therefore combine clear boundaries with courtesy, discretion and situational judgement. They do not create unnecessary confrontation; nor do they ignore behaviour that requires intervention.

Security concierge is part of our guarding capability. It combines a polished front-of-house presence with security awareness, access control, visitor management and confident escalation. Where the duties are licensable under UK law, the assignment is performed by officers holding the appropriate current SIA licence.

The service is supported by supervision, clear lines of responsibility and review with the client. If the risk, footfall or operating pattern changes, the assignment should change with it.

Are your security officers SIA licensed?

Where an assignment includes licensable activity, it is allocated to personnel holding the appropriate current SIA licence for that role.

Can guarding be tailored to our site?

Yes. The operating brief, risk profile, post instructions, patrol points, access routines and reporting expectations are defined around the individual site.

Do officers use personal phones on duty?

Personal-smartphone distraction is not accepted while an officer is performing operational duties. Approved communications or operational devices may be used when the assignment requires them.

Our principal coverage is Glasgow and Lanarkshire, North and South Lanarkshire, West Lothian, Stirlingshire and Falkirk, with wider UK assignments considered according to scope.
